'CLOY' Couple Hyun Bin & Son Ye-Jin Tied The Knot In An Intimate Ceremony

Hyun Bin and Son YeJin, most commonly known for their amazing chemistry in the Korean drama ‘Crash Landing on You’, got married in an intimate ceremony in Seoul, South Korea. The celebrity couple who went real from reel made their fans surprised and happy with their dating announcement at the beginning of the year 2021.

According to the reports, Hyun and Son fell in love with each other at the end of wrapping the Korean series Crash Landing On You’ and they kept it to themselves till one of the leading Korean sites released their dating each other news online. After the news was released, Son took to Instagram and posted an image with a bouquet and a caption that confirmed the news of their dating, which kind of sent their fans in a frenzy.

And then cut to February 2022, both of them announced their wedding plans making the fans happier. Where Hyun Bin shared a handwritten note sharing this happy news, Son YeJin's way of announcing was the cutest and the most adorable way we have ever seen. She uploaded a picture of a small size wedding dress and penned down her feelings about announcing this news to the world. 

Previously the date of their wedding was supposed to be the 30th of March but later they changed it to the 31st of March and exact at 4 PM KST (12.30 PM IST) both walked down the aisle to tie the knot. Today, before the wedding ceremony started, Hyun Bin’s agency VAST Entertainment released two photos of the couple in which both of them are having bright smiles as they hold each others’ hands. The agency shared, “Today, actor Son YeJin and Hyun Bin will hold a wedding ceremony and take their first steps together as a couple. We ask for your understanding that this ceremony will be held privately in consideration of the current COVID-19 situation, and we will deliver news about them through wedding photos of the two.” In the picture, we can see them wearing black and white color outfits.

Where in one picture where Hyun Bin is wearing a white tux and looking dapper, Son YeJin is wearing a gorgeous white gown by Elli Saab, and in the other picture she is wearing Vera Wang with a beautiful off-beat white gown and Hyun is wearing an all-white suit. Both are looking extremely happy and so in love.

While walking down the aisle, Son chose to wear a Mira Zwillinger, a luxury designer brand that specializes in made-to-measure wedding couture. And while she was walking down, Hyun looking at her with all the love in his eyes, ‘Moon River’ was playing in the background and it couldn't have been more perfect.  

In their invitation card, both the actors’ stage names have been used instead of their real names. Hyun Bin’s real name is Kim Tae Pyung while Son Ye Jin’s is Son Eon Jin. The wedding location mentioned in the card was Aston House, Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts 1, Achasan-ro, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do and the ceremony will be followed by a grand reception with just 200 guests. The security is super tight according to the reports and the guests invited are the closest folks of the two actors. As reported by The Straits Times, the Walkerhill Hotel Aston House comes with "the exclusive and secluded venue charges from US$500 to US$600 (S$680 to S$810) per guest." In a post by Korean media outlet YTN Star, the wedding invitation features "a pure white wedding dress that closely resembles the pure image of Son Ye-jin, the National First Love, and the wedding veil is decorated in three dimensions, giving it an elegant and luxurious feel". 

In a way, the fans got what they wanted with their favorite couple and with their wedding pics pouring in, everybody is losing their mind and heart and the happiness in Hyun and Son’s face says it all.
