In December 2002, Sri 1008 Sri Suguneendra Theertha Swamiji of Udupi Sri Puthige Matha founded Shri Krishna Vrundavana, which later became affiliated with Sujnana Religious & Charitable Foundation (SRCF). In January 2009, the organization established a permanent location at 215 May Street, Edison, NJ.
