Established in 1991, the IACC initially rented a small space on the 3rd floor of a shopping center for prayers, accommodating up to 50 people. By 1995, membership exceeded 1,000 families, prompting the leasing of a larger facility. In 1997, a new community center was initiated on 4.59 acres of land purchased at Spring Creek/Independence Parkway, with over $2 million raised for the construction.
