Originally a century-old, abandoned tannery, this entertainment destination in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago has been redeveloped since 2013. Its three-acre location along the revitalized north branch of the Chicago River features impressive lighting, European-style cobblestone courtyards, and unique sculptures adorning classic post-industrial Chicago buildings. It officially opened its doors in 2018.
